Hi there!! My name is Emily Paulson! I am a full time photographer, with a team of associate photographers, based out of Minneapolis Minnesota. Together, the team and I have photographed 200+ weddings and 500+ sessions!
my photography journey
15 years ago I picked up a camera and fell in love with photography. In 2017, I began specializing in wedding + engagement photography and pursued it with all my heart. A year later, I went full time with my business!! I am so incredibly thankful to be able to wake up every day and do what I love. It is such a blessing.
a little bit about me
When I am not taking photos or editing, you can find me spending time with my son Liam and my husband Matthew, at a football game cheering on my husband’s team (go Oles!), or drinking lattes with a friend at a local coffee shop. For those of you who love the enneagram test, I am a 2 wing 3!
I went to college at Bethel University, where I received my Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Strategic Marketing!

In 2025 we became a family of 3! Being mama and dada to our sweet Liam is the greatest joy. He makes every day brighter!
the love of my life, matthew
Matthew, my best friend, my biggest supporter, and the love of my life. We began dating in 2018 and were long distance for the first year together! In 2019, I SAID “YES!” when Matt proposed to me in Florida. And about a year later, we got married at the Hutton House in Medicine Lake MN. Celebrating our love, surrounded by our favorite people, was so incredibly special.
